Finally, this will take you to the Udyam registration form. The form requires you to fill in several details. This includes:

  1. Your phone number
  2. Your Email Id
  3. Your GSTIN if you have one
  4. Name of your enterprise
  5. Details about your plant and machinery
  6. Details about the number of workers
  7. Details of your enterprise’s turnover
  8. Your NIC codes
  9. Business Address
  10. Details about your gender and social category
  11. Location of your plant/unit. Etc.

Fill the form and click on ‘Submit & get final OTP’. Insert the OTP that you receive on your mobile number and click on validate. This is the last step of Udyam registration process.

Once the registration is successful, you will receive a message on your mobile number and email id stating your registration number.

You will also receive a softcopy of your UR/MSME certificate via email. You should download and print the same.
