What is a service level agreement?
Service level agreement is a legal contract between the service receiver and the service provider, to deliver the service with the quality and price which has been pre-decided by both the parties. There are mainly two types of service level agreements B2C (business to consumer) and B2B ( Business to business).
How to use it?
We provide a service level agreement format which can be used by the service provider to prepare an agreement about the terms and conditions between the two parties. Such agreement can be drafted on a plain paper or also can be on the company’s letter head addressed to the other party, signed and authorized by the service provider.
